Fatimah Bello
Fatimah Bello is the Founder and Managing Partner of SWD Futures. A chemical engineer with over 25 years of operational leadership, she specializes in commercializing and scaling energy ventures - from first technology proof to commercial traction and institutional capital.
Her executive track record includes senior operational leadership at Heliogen, where she took first-of-a-kind industrial heat from pre-revenue to anchor customers; SABIC-Aramco, where she drove corporate venture development and strategic transformation across four continents - spanning licensing, strategic partnerships, and new business platforms; and Dow, where she led plant operations and energy management. Today she drives US and Gulf growth across the critical-materials and power supply chains behind AI and modern energy infrastructure.
Beyond SWD, she holds operating and investment partner roles with US venture firms backing industrial deep tech, and serves as a principal investor and board advisor across energy and technology ventures - bridging breakthrough innovation with the capital that scales it. She is a recognized voice in energy technology, transition investment, and financing industrial innovation.
